Service Contracts - Net 30 days

All other goods - 30 days from the date of the invoice

The above is subject to satisfactory credit references being received. Please advise your Accounts Department accordingly.

Warranty on Equipment

​

24 months parts (excluding consumable items)

​

Warranty provides complete assurance that should equipment purchased from require attention as a result of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, it will be attended to with minimal inconvenience to you. The warranty is subject to using genuine manufacturer parts and consumable items and the equipment being regularly maintained by an authorized Apex service engineer. No responsibility will be accepted for damage by neglect, accident, improper use, or alterations from manufacturer’s specifications.
